Hi, I'm Ellen! 

First off, a big congratulations goes to you, mama! I am sending you so much strength and love during this exciting (and emotional) time. 

I'm a licensed hypnotherapist, meditation teacher, and new mama. Having just gone through pregnancy, birth, and the "fourth trimester" I know how intense this time can be. Becoming a mother is one of the most beautiful transitions there is in life, but it is also incredibly challenging.

 

My biggest wish for you is that you feel calm, connected, and absolutely fierce - through it all. 

I took my experience transitioning into motherhood and combined it with my skills as a hypnotherapist to create something that would help women feel their absolute best throughout this massive change. I wasn’t sure hypnotherapy would work for me as I am an anxious person and I have a hard time relaxing, especially now that I’m a mom. The moment I heard Ellen’s voice on the recording I felt like I was finally able to let go. 

I didn’t think it was possible to fall asleep so quickly and easily but the sleep hypnosis worked so well I don’t even remember the end of the recording. 

One thing that I was concerned about at first was being in such a deep sleep that I wouldn’t wake up if my baby needed me. Ellen eased my mind instantly and made it a point to mention that, although I would be sleeping deeply, I will still be able to hear my baby when she awakes. About Each Hypnosis Track

Each audio track is a professionally guided self hypnosis that ranges from 15-25 minutes in length. The more you listen, the more powerful the transformation will be in your subconscious mind. Please ensure that you are not operating a moving vehicle or using machinery while listening to each audio. These can be listened to at any time of the day or night (the subconscious mind is always listening). You can play them in the background as you go about your normal daily activities, or you can relax and let go, treating each track like a private hypnotherapy session. 

This bundle contains a track for each trimester of your pregnancy.
