This bundle lies the foundation for a strong handstand practice with drills, strength training, conditioning, accountability, technique, and did I mention...accountability? 

My handstand journey was a slow, challenging, and often times frustrating process. I spent years kicking up to the wall and making very slow progress. I wondered if I'd ever be able to handstand without the wall there to catch me or if I'd ever feel strong enough to hold myself up longer than a second or two. 

Through this process I learned, unlearned, and relearned what works best. When I started yoga, I literally couldn't do a single pushup! I don't have a background in gymnastics or dance and never felt very strong. Trust me, if I can learn so can you!

Everything changed when I started getting serious about strength training. You see, the yoga classes I was taking didn't focus too much on upper body strength outside of a few chaturangas and side planks (not enough for handstand!). The moment I started training different parts of my body, everything started to change. My entire yoga practice transformed, my handstands and inversions became more effortless, and internally I felt so much more confident. 


Here's what it takes: 

  1. Focus - Where your attention goes, energy flows my friends! I want you to eat, sleep, and breathe handstand for the next 22 days. 

  2. Commitment - I'm going to be honest with you. Handstanding isn't easy, you've gotta put in the work!

  3. Belief - You need to believe in yourself. Little by little, you'll develop the strength and the skills necessary to handstand. Believe you can, and you will!

  4. Accountability - There will be days when you don't feel like practicing or you're not sure if you're doing something right. That's where your coach comes in (me!). I'll be right here, every step of the way.

  • When are the full length classes?

    • Jan 3, 10, 17, and 24 from 9-10am MT​. 

    • Classes will be held through Zoom

  • Who is this training for?

    • These classes will be accessible to most people with an existing yoga practice. All you need is the willingness to put in the work and be challenged.  If you're able to do crow pose, 3 pushups, or ​kick up into handstand at a wall, these practices will be accessible for you. 

  • When will the classes become available?

    • Each of the 4 full length classes​ should be available within 24 hours

    • The 8 mini workouts will be sent to you at the start of the program, on Jan 3.
