How is this style of meditation different?
1.
Most meditation techniques require focus and concentration. With this style, no focus is required. It's meditation for people who "suck at meditating".
2.
You don't have to "watch" your thoughts, sensations, and emotions. Instead, this technique brings you beyond surface-level thought into deep levels of the mind where thought subsides (or becomes absent altogether).
3.
You will learn a "Being" technique that uses a mantra. In sanskrit, mantra translates to "mind vehicle". A mantra is a soothing sound with a vibrational quality that is held delicately in the mind. When used in the right way it transports the mind inwards, away from the outside world.
This meditation course truly changed my life. My thoughts are kinder. I feel more at peace in stressful situations. My brain fog is gone. I feel more present. And I know these are only the beginning stages of a life filled with more gratitude.

Here's How It Works​

We meet for 90 minutes each day, for 3 days, as a group. Over the course of these 3 interactive sessions, I will teach you how to meditate (like a boss) using the simple, yet powerful 1 Giant Mind "Being" technique. During the course and beyond you'll peel back the layers of stress and fatigue that have built up in your system and you'll get to experience that magical feeling of "Being".​​
